What is the booking process?
Once you have made a booking, we will contact you the night before you travel to reconfirm your booking with you and to confirm your pick up time. We do our confirmation call outs between 5:30pm and 6pm.
How do I make payment for my booking?
We ask that payment is made on the day of travel and is paid directly to the driver. Cash is accepted (please advise us during our confirmation call the night before if you require change) or alternatively, payments can be made by credit card however a 2% surcharge does apply.
Does pricing differ for children/babies or early/late flight arrivals and departures?
Children and babies are priced at the same rate as an adult as they occupy a seat. Pricing is the same regardless of flight time, pick up time, arrival time etc.
Which route will be taken?
We travel on the M4 and Homebush Bay Drive/King Georges Road. If you wish to use alternative Toll roads, you must advise at time of booking/your confirmation call as they incur an additional charge.
What happens if my plane/ship arrives early or late?
If you are aware of any delays please be sure to notify us by phone. We will be tracking your flight number however the airline/cruise ship will generally advise their passengers before they update the information online.
In the event that your flight/cruise is early or late we will do our very best to meet you on your arrival however we cannot guarantee that a vehicle will be available for you and in some situations, you may be required to wait for the next available vehicle.
What do I do when I arrive at the airport/disembark the ship?
For Domestic Airport arrivals we ask that you phone us (0416 482 228) once you have collected your luggage. At this point we will advise you of the meeting point. The meeting point will vary depending on which airline you have arrived on.
For International Airport arrivals our meeting point is in front of the McDonalds in the arrivals hall. Once you are in front of McDonalds we ask that you phone us (0416 482 228) to notify us that you are ready for your pick up.
For cruise ship pickups, are drivers are at the terminal between 8am and 8:30am so we ask that you disembark early enough to allow yourself enough time to meet our driver. We ask that you phone us (0416 482 228) once you are outside the terminal and are ready to be picked up.
