2. All passengers must be seated when the vehicle is moving.
3. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol is not permitted in our vehicles.
4. Food or drinks must not be consumed in our vehicles.
5. Abuse or aggression towards our drivers is not tolerated and we reserve the right to refuse transport if a person is displaying these behaviours.
6. At no time should any passenger throw objects out of the window or have any part of their body outside of the vehicle.
7. We will not be held responsible if we are given incorrect information (date, time, flight number etc) at the time of booking.
8. In the event that a bond is required to be paid (hens, bucks, race days etc), the bond will be forfeited if someone is sick in our vehicle, as the bond will be required to cover the cost of the cleaning fee.
9. We reserve the right to choose/change the route taken at any time prior to, or during the journey as the driver/company deems fit.
10. We will provide you with a recommended pick up time. If you request a pick up time outside of the recommended time we will not be liable for any missed flights, cruises etc.
11. A lost and found register is kept at Westside Airport Shuttle and all vehicles are checked daily for lost items.
